Being passionate about property and finance he decided to become a mortgage adviser and was highly trained at John Charcol. Eventually he set up Marcot in 2009 and went on to offer services around real estate.
For over 15years Ali has worked with many entrepreneurs and coached many graduates and business start-up's and he is passionate about the UK as being the best place in Europe for innovation and growth.
Ali has an MBA from University of Leicester and is currently doing a PhD in Innovation & Technology Management.

In 2010 she helped with acquisitions and to grow the Marcot brand. Muna has been involved in many off-market trophy assets in both Sweden and England. She specialises in HNW & UHNW clients. In 2018 Muna was made an Embassador of the Women In Africa initiative. This prestigous position has been given to her as a result of the work that she has done in helping empower women in Africa. She is currently mentoring many women to grow their own businesses by offering them skills and connections.
